Eligibility for this program

  • Employees working for state and federal government departments are ineligible.
  • All provinces, including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, are included in this program.
  • Women beneficiaries who have already received Rs 12,000 through the Ehsaas Kafala program are eligible.
  • Provincial governments also provide funds through the Ehsaas Emergency Cash Program.
  • Punjab will allocate 7 million rupees and Sindh 2.5 million rupees to help the poor.

  3. To receive payment, visit the nearest HBL branch or use branchless banking channels such as ATMs and the HBL Connect mobile application.
  4. Send your CNIC to 8171 and register.
  5. Make sure to send the ID card registered in CNIC from the mobile number which you provide.
  6. In both types of registration, the applicant receives a confirmation message if eligible.
