How can I register for BISP?

You can register at a BISP office, through the 8171 BISP portal online, or via the NSER dynamic survey process where representatives visit your home.

How will I know if I am eligible?

After completing the registration process, you will be informed of your eligibility through the 8171 SMS service.


The government has also introduced the NSER dynamic survey registration process. In which BISP representatives go door to door and complete the registration process of the ineligible persons. These representatives ask for some information from the disqualified persons. which includes name, address, mobile number and identity card number.

All this information is included in your application. Only after checking this, you are eligible for Benazir sponsorship program. Remember, your eligibility is guaranteed through this NSER survey. And thereafter you will be given financial assistance in the form of Rs.105 every three months
